okay, here’s the thing - when i ask “what’s wrong”, i genuinely want to know. i want you to tell me every last worry that has found its way into your head. seriously. i really care, and i want to know how you’re actually doing when i ask.

am i the only one who finds it the saddest thing that this has to be explained? why don’t people care about the state of other people’s hearts?
